You love living here. You’ve got a great little bungalow and an ADT Indianapolis alarm and even your dog enjoys the mild weather, but you sure wish you could do something about the commute. If you’re tired of endlessly driving the highways of St. Louis here are a few alternate suggestions:
Get a bike – about 8 months of the year, the weather here in Missouri is paletable enough to ride your bike to work. As long as your ride is less than about 6 miles and follows major roadways you can do it!
Get a carpool – in cities like St. Louis the old-school carpool is coming back in a big way. Mobile internet means you can work in the car and you’ll save money on gas AND get to drive faster in the HOV lane, too.
Tellecommute – Many employers are allowing employees to telecommute at least a couple of days a week helping congestion on the roadways and actually increasing productivity. If you think working from home is the answer talk to your boss – you may be surprised.
